To which countries do we ship
We ship worldwide, depending on shipment limitations. For countries outside the EU be aware that customs clearance may have to be paid. The extra costs have to be paid by the customer.
When do i recieve my order from Vision2form
If there is no alternate delivery time mentioned at a product, orders normaly will be delivered within 3-5 days. Shipments abroad 7-10 days. At payment upon advance, the delivery time starts at receipt of the amount to be payed. Please keep in mind that there will be no deliveries on sun- and other holidays.
Mirrors are made upon order at receipt of the payment. Delivery time is app. 7 working days.
Deliveries out of the shop
Shipping will be made to the address mentioned by the customer. Vision2form can decide to make a partial delivery. All goods are insured. Mirrors will be packed into wooden crates.
Payment options
Delivery in the Netherlands:
• Cash payment by take away orders (only on appointment)
• Down payment up front for the total amount or a part
Delivery abroad:
• Down payment up front in total

Which transport compay do we use
For smal packages we use DPD and PostNL (dutch Postal services). We will decide which transporter is most suited for shipment. Deliveries abroad are shipped by DPD, for small packages we use PostNL.
Mirrors and glass will be packed in a wooden crate and shipped insured. Shipment will be calculated upon wieght and measurements.
Ordering multiple mirrors and glass pieces could result in the necessity of deviding your order into multiple shipments. At large orders we will contact you to inform you about shipment and costs.
